SureBenefits — Rewards & Loyalty Platform

A rewards, promotions, and customer loyalty platform. I built the mobile API and the Blazor admin CRM — covering payments, pre-orders, a real-time queue, and the concurrency work that keeps transactions consistent under load.

  • Scheduled background jobs with Hangfire cron.
  • Sent push notifications through Firebase Cloud Messaging.
  • Stored media and documents in Azure Blob Storage.
  • Secured the admin CRM with two-factor authentication and role-based access control (RBAC).
  • Supported UAT through to production release.
